Annual Save a Girl, Save a World Retreat

Richard Hotes Delivers Keynote Speech for Annual Save a Girl, Save a World retreat.

On Saturday November 12th, Richard Hotes and Hotes Foundation volunteers joined Save a Girl, Save a World for their annual retreat at Bennett College in Greensboro, North Carolina. Save a Girl, Save a World is a volunteer and mentorship organization that encourages and empowers young African American women by pairing them with successful and creative African-American women leaders.

Richard was invited as this year’s keynote speaker to address both the mentors and mentees about the true meaning of service.  Within his message he shared the revelation of the impact empowering women has on the world!  It was truly inspiring for all in attendance.

The Hotes Foundation Team would like to send a big “Thank You!” to the Save a Girl, Save a World organization for inviting Richard Hotes and for their warm reception of the Team. Richard is proud of this invitation and considers it an extraordinary honor.

Giving Blessings This Thanksgiving

"It’s about being thankful" and giving blessings. The Hotes Foundation continued the tradition of personally delivering 300 complete Thanksgiving meals to the YWCA Seattle, an organization focused on eliminating racism and empowering women. The meals will be given to families, single mothers, and homeless women living in poverty or have experienced violence. The Thanksgiving dinners come with a 10-13 pound turkey, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole, gravy, stuffing, dinner roles, pie, and sparkling apple cider.

Happy Thanksgiving and God bless!
