Matt has led relief operations on more than 40 individual relief and disaster response efforts on five continents. He was an integral contributor to the Hotes Foundation’s efforts in Pakistan, Peru, Bangladesh, Kenya, Haiti and the Philippines, to name a few. Matt also led Hotes Foundation relief and recovery operations in New York City after Superstorm Sandy. Matt smashes thru obstacles created by the world aid system faster than one can imagine. He has to in order to help as many people as the Hotes Foundation requires!

Matt also led a project to evaluate and select a manufacturer capable of producing a tracked wheelchair that met or exceeded the exacting requirements of the Hotes Foundation’s track-chair program. The program provides all-terrain chairs at no cost to wounded military veterans who lost their mobility in service to the United States.
